Accommodations
In the shade of the larch tree, you will forget about the daily hustle and bustle. Come and recharge your batteries, read a book, look at the stars and dream.
The entire building can be rented or rented individually. Both apartments provide accommodation with privacy in mind.
The larger apartment has two separate spacious bedrooms. One has a double bed, the other has two separate beds with an extra bed. The living area with kitchenette has a sleeping area for two in a forward window.
The smaller apartment has two identically furnished bedrooms, but without an extra bed. The extra bed is provided by a sofa bed in the living room.
Both rooms have their own bathroom with toilet, fireplace and terrace with seating.
The hallway behind the entrance door provides ample storage space, with a walk-in closet and shoe rack with a bench, and each bedroom offers basic amenities for a comfortable stay.
Parking in a private fenced parking lot for 4 cars.
Outdoor Finnish sauna, heated barrel available to guests for a fee.

(For weekly stays, electricity consumption is charged at 9 CZK/kw and water at 500 CZK/flat rate (small apartment 200 CZK and large apartment 300 CZK)).
In July and August, accommodation is possible in weekly intervals, Sunday/Sunday.

Hot tub 1000 CZK /weekend (only for small apartment).
Recreational fee to the municipality 30,-/night/person 18-70 years old.
Refundable deposit 5,000,-(entire cottage), 3,000,-(apartment).

Cycle paths , hiking trails are directly adjacent to our cottage, the beautiful valley of the Počátecký stream with a view of the ridge of the natural monument of the Kaňkovy Mountains , the Oheb nature reserve, the Lichnice National Park , the Lovětínská gorge , the ruins of castles , chateaux , animal parks with tours, water sports , fishing , swimming suitable for children .
